Restarting page

[edit]

Ok all, I have some suggestions for this page.
• a subpage for the list of anime series as the current list makes the page too long and inconcise.
• shortening the plot area of this page(brought to my attention by collectionian), I can do the anime plot but having not read the manga, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help there.
• adding the character "morti" to the characters section.
• redoing media section so it includes "anime" and "manga" in the headers.
• resiting the soundtrack portion of media to its own section or, depending on expansion, its own subpage.
• a spellcheck of the article.
• removal of dead links.
• references from animenewsnetwork and other sites adding.
• rewriting episode short summary's to a real world perspective not an "in universe" perspective(yes i admit i wrote them, but its better than no summary)

this list is in no particular order and if there are no replies of objection/improvement i will commence works as described above on 18/8/2008 UKanime (talk) 22:37, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well as there are no objections i will commence if you wish to see the work in progress please visit the works page. UKanime (talk) 22:08, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

After a long period of inactivity my best efforts are finished and are viewable here the page will be uploaded to the live encyclopedia on 19/10/2008. any objections or improvements may be discussed on this talk page.UKanime (talk) 22:12, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Characters

[edit]

just to make a note, the characters "blackrose" and "Kite" do not appear in this a series. similar avatars are used which may lead to confusion. the avatars in question are "chibi" versions of the kite and blackrose avatars.UKanime (talk) 20:03, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Carrie Gordon

[edit]

Why in the world does the link to Carrie Gordon go to the Gordon family of One Life to Live? There isn't even a Carrie in that family! And if a fictional character plays the voice of Hotaru, then I want acting lessons from her. This should be changed. ~Reika 麗香 17:45, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, however to do this a biographical article on the real carrie gordon is required. Unfortunately such information is not readily forthcoming and as such an article is not possible at this time. If you find any information about the real voice actor please let me know on my talk page and I will be more than happy to resolve the issue. In the meantime I have relinked to a nonexisting page with the relevant title.UKanime (talk) 21:15, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unproven stuff

[edit]

Feel free to add back into article with a ref:

  • The series is set four years after the events of .hack//Quarantine, the last of the four .hack games from the first .hack project. Whilst the manga is in the official continuity of the .hack franchise, the anime series is considered to be non-canon in the official storyline. Both retain the same storyline at the start but after the first manga volume and the first four anime episodes the storylines branch away from each other.

Release Date?

[edit]

The release date is inconsistent. The infobox lists the start date as December 2001 (definitely wrong), but the first paragraph and List of .hack media indicate July 2002. 2804:D57:4E27:8F00:F900:62AC:AFB5:FB9A (talk) 16:54, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
